Vermont watercolorist Gloria Palmer has always had an interest in the arts, and over the years has experimented with a wide variety of methods and mediums. In 2011 she enrolled in a watercolor workshop and fell in love with the medium. She loves the fluidity of the paints and the challenges that come with it. She finishes each piece with what has become her signature spattered dots.
Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Gloria has lived in Vermont since her teens. Active in her community, she runs an educational non-profit organization and is a certified pickleball instructor. Gloria resides in Dorset, Vermont.
